AI Services · Build

Software built at AI speed, with proof it works.

Our engineers build new services with AI agents at a fixed price per milestone. You approve the specification and the acceptance tests before any code is written, and every release ships with the evidence.

AI speed is easy to promise and hard to trust

AI can write a service in a fraction of the time a traditional team needs. It can also write one that looks right and isn’t. AI-generated code passes security checks only 56% of the time (Veracode, 2026), and buyers have learned to be skeptical of delivery claims they can’t verify.

Hourly billing makes it worse. If a vendor bills by the hour, every hour the AI saves is revenue they lose.

A fraction of the hours, at a fixed fee

We ship production systems in weeks, each change proven against tests written before the code. Because our engineers work with AI agents, our quotes need a fraction of the hours a traditional team estimates. The fixed fee means you pay for the result, not the hours.

How it works

You approve the spec and the tests

We write the specification with you and turn it into an acceptance contract. That’s a set of executable tests written independently of the code and frozen before the build starts. You approve both.

Engineers direct, checks decide

Our engineers direct AI agents that build several parts at once. No change merges until it passes checks the agents can’t change and an independent review. “Done” means the frozen tests pass, not that an agent says so, and a Techtura engineer reviews every change before it merges.

Every release carries evidence

Each release ships an evidence pack: test results, security scan, component list and AI cost per feature. Its mutation score shows how many planted bugs the tests catch.

What you get

A fixed price per milestone

Priced on scope and quoted before the build starts, never time and materials.

Integrations proven before go-live

Test runs on your real data, then small, capped live runs, test every integration before launch, not after it.

Accepted against your tests

Each milestone is accepted against the tests you approved, and anything that fails them is ours to fix.

New to Techtura? Start with a pilot milestone

Your first milestone can run as a proof of concept in about 3 weeks, at an introductory fixed fee for new clients, with agreed success metrics and a path to production.

Built for work where correctness matters

Billing, reconciliation, scoring, integrations and anything else where a wrong answer costs money. Regulated buyers get requirement-to-test traceability for every feature: each numbered requirement maps to the tests that prove it.

Our contract-first builds work this way, merge by merge

~1,900

pull requests merged across our contract-first builds, each reviewed by an engineer and gated by checks our agents can’t edit

~4,000

acceptance tests tied to about 850 numbered requirements and threat controls

110+

times our agents formally challenged a test instead of quietly changing it

See the checks hold, live

In our 30-minute live demo, on our own working governed environment, an agent tries to edit its own tests and our checks block it. You also see cost and quality scored live.

Questions CTOs ask

What do you need from us?

A named specification approver who can answer questions within about a day, access to the systems we integrate with, and a decision-maker for each milestone.

What about our existing code?

Verified AI Delivery is for new services and major rebuilds. Existing code comes in through an AI Code Assurance audit and a hardening sprint.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code, tests, evidence packs and documentation sit in your source control, documented so your team can run them.

How do changes in scope work?

Changes in scope become new milestones, each quoted up front at a fixed price before work starts.

Tell us what you need built.

Describe the service, the systems it touches and what a wrong answer would cost. We’ll tell you how we’d specify, build and prove it.
